Experteer Overview
In this role, you will contribute to transforming client organizations by applying Org Design and operating model expertise within BCG’s Vantage team. You’ll partner with case and proposal teams to deliver targeted analyses, develop new frameworks, and shape knowledge assets that support IP development. You will train teams, mentor junior colleagues, and help commercialize insights through publications and events. You will work across global, agile teams to tackle complex organizational challenges and drive client impact while shaping the practice’s growth and capabilities.

Responsabilidades
• 1–2+ years of consulting in Organization Design u0026 Operating Model roles (preferred) or 2+ years of relevant industry experience; 3–6+ years strongly preferred
• Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Fluency in English
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration
• AI experience preferred
