enhancing and developing the business- Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies- Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication- Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines- Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandiseFollow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policiesxqysrnhKey Requirements- Deep passion for fashion and luxury- Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers' attitude- Ability to adapt to different customers- Team-playing attitude- Strong communication skills- Ability to work in a dynamic environment- Fluent in english.
