Experteer Overview
As a Technical Project Manager at Sofico, you will lead the technical workstream in software implementation projects and coordinate delivery across infrastructure tasks. You’ll drive hosting migration towards Sofico hosting and serve as the bridge between customers, project managers, and engineering teams. You help translate technical requirements into practical solutions, ensure on-time delivery, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the lifecycle. This role sits at the crossroads of technology, delivery, and customer success in an international, collaborative context.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Scope, time and budget management for technical workstreams
• Coordinate planning and prioritization across multiple projects and dependencies (platform, delivery, testing, production deployments, migration to Sofico hosting)
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for customer questions
• Align with internal Project Managers, Architects, Sales, and technical teams
• Pilot day-to-day infrastructure operations: review, prioritize Jira issues,



escalate risks, ensure resolutions are validated

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience managing technical projects, incl. software implementations and hosting migrations
• Experience as Technical Project Manager or Implementation Manager in a product-led organization
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure and microservices
• Knowledge of legacy technologies including application servers and databases
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills
• Ability to optimize processes through close collaboration with management and during organizational transformation
• Fluency in English
