Experteer Overview
You will own the integration and data migration architecture for Liebherr's global Dynamics 365 CRM, enabling reliable data flows across international Sales and Service entities. You’ll shape patterns, mappings, and migration governance for OneCRM, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-quality data. The role combines architecture ownership with hands-on delivery, contributing to Liebherr's digital transformation and customer-centric operations. This position offers exposure to global rollout programs and a chance to influence how data supports worldwide customer service and sales.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own the end-to-end integration and data migration architecture for the global Dynamics 365 CRM solution
• Define and govern integration patterns and data flows between Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, MDM, central data platforms, and other enterprise applications
• Lead the data migration approach for integral CRM rollouts, including source analysis, mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and loading
• Create reusable migration standards, tools, and templates for consistent global deployments
• Define data synchronization and master data exchange mechanisms for reliable data flows
• Coordinate data cleansing and migration readiness with business stakeholders, data owners, and rollout teams
• Maintain transparency of data flows, dependencies, ownership, and responsibilities across OneCRM
• Provide technical leadership to developers, partners,



and technical teams
• Maintain architecture and technical documentation using JIRA and Confluence
• Travel up to 30% to Liebherr sites worldwide to support activities

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in enterprise application integration, data architecture, data migration, or related roles
• Experience designing/executing large-scale data migrations and enterprise integrations in international contexts
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse
• Deep understanding of data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, synchronization, and MDM
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure integration technologies, APIs, event-driven integration, and integration patterns
• Experience with SQL and data analysis/transformation/migration tools
• Strong architectural/analytical capabilities for multi-system landscapes
• Ability to combine architectural thinking with hands-on implementation and problem-solving with focus on data quality
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical teams, business, data owners, and international partners
• Fluent in English; German or Spanish and related certifications are advantageous
