Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own the customer experience across Preply’s geographic and subject expansion, shaping scalable policies and end-to-end journeys. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure launches meet customer needs and drive measurable improvements. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, policy design, and operational readiness to support rapid market growth. This is an opportunity to influence scale, impact millions of learners and tutors, and help define the future of education at general scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own and improve experience metrics for learners and tutors, including CSAT and contact rates; diagnose trends and drive solutions.
• Define and maintain policies and end-to-end journeys for new geographies and subjects; ensure scalable processes from day one.
• Lead cross-functional expansion programs end-to-end (scoping, alignment, execution, impact tracking) and coordinate launches with Product, Growth, Supply Operations, Localization.




• Build feedback loops from expansion markets to global teams to convert local learnings into company-wide improvements.

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in strategy u0026 operations, consulting, marketplaces, or high-growth tech roles
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives or geographic expansion end-to-end
• Analytical and data-savvy with ability to translate insights into recommendations
• Excellent program and project management skills
• Experience writing or owning customer-facing policies or operational processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
