Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead daily operations of the Process Ru0026amp;D labs to ensure a safe, organized, and productive environment. You’ll optimize space, inventory, and reagent management to support experiments, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to enable capabilities and improvements. You will manage the equipment lifecycle and uphold safety, risk assessments, and documentation standards. You’ll train and onboard new users and drive continuous improvement for productivity, sustainability, and cost efficiency. • Lead day-to-day operations of the Process Ru0026D laboratories ensuring safety and productivity
• Optimize lab organization, space utilization, reagent management, and inventory control
• Ensure availability of supplies, shared services, and resources for Ru0026D activities
• Manage laboratory equipment lifecycle including procurement, installation, calibration, maintenance, and upgrades
• Coordinate with EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, Purchasing, IT, suppliers, and users to support capabilities and improvements
• Oversee laboratory safety practices, risk assessments, and compliance with standards and procedures




• Support onboarding and training of new laboratory users on best practices and safe work behavior
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, sustainability, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Maintain laboratory records, procedures, and operational documentation

Responsabilidades
• University degree or advanced vocational qualification in a related field
• Experience managing laboratory operations, facilities, or technical activities in industrial or Ru0026D settings
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety, chemical management, risk assessment, and documentation
• Experience purchasing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining laboratory equipment
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, Purchasing, IT, suppliers, users)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with inventory management, task tracking, and record-keeping systems
• Functional English for communication with suppliers and regional/general stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with multi-priority management
