The IT People, Brand & Corporate Services domain is looking for a Service Coordinator / Functional Designer capable of bridging Business and IT within medium to large-scale projects. The role focuses on gathering and challenging business requirements, coordinating functional analyses and developments, defining priorities, ensuring robust end-to-end solution design, and supporting the transition to run activities. The consultant will work on data-oriented processes covering data flows, storage, traceability, reporting, and user interfaces, while ensuring effective communication across stakeholders and maintaining high quality standards in a dynamic Agile environment.

Your missions:

- Coordinate medium to large-scale IT projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze and validate business and user requirements.
- Define priorities and objectives in collaboration with business representatives and project teams.
- Coordinate functional analysis and development activities.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of functional and technical solution designs.
- Organize and coordinate project execution from analysis to implementation.
- Contribute to the setup and transition to run operations.
- Support acceptance testing activities and ensure proper follow-up.
- Report project progress regularly to management.
- Promote collaboration, communication, and positive team spirit between Business and IT.
