I’m currently recruiting for a Finance Accountant to join the Belgian Finance team of a well-established, international consumer goods group based in Roeselare.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant who wants to develop beyond day-to-day accounting and build a long-term career within an international Finance function.

The role:

You’ll play an important role in the Belgian Finance team while working across multiple entities within the wider group.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and processing supplier invoices and accounts payable
- Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Preparing VAT, corporate tax and Intrastat declarations
- Supporting external audits
- Contributing to financial reporting across multiple entities
- Improving and streamlining finance processes
- Supporting the implementation of new ERP systems and finance tools
- Taking on increasing responsibility as you develop

What we're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,



Finance or a related field
- Relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience with an ERP system
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Structured, accurate and hands-on approach
- Someone who takes ownership and wants to grow with the business
