Our client, a leading HealthTech fund is looking for strong additions to their team on Manager level

Responsibilities

- Source and evaluate promising HealthTech investment opportunities across Europe, from initial screening through due diligence and investment execution.
- Lead financial, commercial, market, and competitive analysis to develop robust investment theses and recommendations.
- Build relationships with founders, co-investors, healthcare executives, and other stakeholders across the HealthTech ecosystem.
- Support portfolio companies post-investment and contribute to portfolio strategy, value creation, and ongoing performance monitoring.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or a related investment-focused role.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to assess business models, markets, and investment opportunities.
- Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
- Genuine interest in HealthTech, digital health, healthcare innovation, and technology, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
