Production Assistant French language

About the role

Do you enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving projects and working with people from different cultures and backgrounds? As a Production Assistant at Iyuno, you'll play an important role in helping localisation projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Working closely with clients, translators, directors, sound engineers, and internal teams, you'll help coordinate projects, keep schedules on track, and ensure everyone has the information they need to deliver high-quality work. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that helps bring content to audiences around the world.

What you'll be doing

- Support the coordination of localisation projects from kick-off to delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, translators, directors, and sound engineers.
- Maintain accurate project information, schedules, and milestones across company systems.
- Support production planning, resource coordination, invoicing, and other administrative activities.
- Monitor project progress and proactively flag potential issues or delays.
- Ensure project requirements and updates are communicated clearly to all stakeholders.
- Contribute to the successful and timely delivery of high-quality localisation projects.

What you'll bring

We're looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with different stakeholders, and finding practical solutions when challenges arise.

You have:





- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- The confidence to work independently while being a supportive team member.
- Experience in project coordination, administration, customer service, localisation, media, or a similar environment is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Dutch and/or Flemish language skills are considered a strong advantage.
