? Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Procurement professional (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a leading player in the energy and multi-technical services sector, supporting customers across their energy, industrial and digital transformation projects.

As Procurement manager (m/f/x), you will take ownership of a broad portfolio of indirect spend categories and work closely with internal stakeholders across IT, HR, Finance, Communication and Real Estate.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Translating business needs into effective procurement strategies
- Managing purchasing and contract management files from start to finish
- Leading supplier negotiations with a strong focus on value creation, cost optimisation and risk management
- Drafting and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, processes and governance
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders




- Monitoring procurement performance, savings and results
- Contributing to category management and Supplier Relationship Management initiatives
- Supporting the implementation of the Procurement BeLux strategy and objectives

? Your profile

- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of experience in indirect procurement
- Strong expertise in negotiation, contract management, cost management and procurement law
- Hands-on experience with procurement tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English, French and Dutch
