Meogroup Belgium is a consultancy group specialising in operational excellence, primarily in the fields of procurement and supply chain management.

We are looking for an Operational/Support Buyer in the Flemish Brabant region:

? Passionate about procurement ?

? Process-oriented with knowledge of SAP ?

? Fluent in English? Do you also speak Dutch?

Your daily missions:

- Ensure strict and timely follow-up of the purchasing process, including the creation of purchase orders within the required deadlines.
- Support internal stakeholders and suppliers with purchase order-related matters in SAP.
- Create, modify, and adapt purchase orders in SAP across different purchasing groups.
- Create and monitor contracts in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Monitor and manage functional mailboxes, ensuring requests are handled promptly and efficiently.




- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and collaborate with the Operational Excellence team to implement improvement

Profil:

- At least 3 years of experience in procurement as a buyer
- Fluency in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Good knowledge of SAP MM and Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba is an advantage
- Good analytical and organisational skills
- The ability to build good relationships with internal clients
- Being proactive and communicating effectively
- Knowledge of the procurement process is essential
