We are expanding our SAP Service practice and are looking for an experienced Lead / Principal SAP Service Consultant with strong functional expertise, hands-on delivery experience, and a proven track record of leading full-lifecycle SAP Service projects from inception to go-live.

The Role

As a Lead SAP Service Consultant, you will lead functional delivery across SAP CS (Customer Service) and/or SAP S/4HANA Service, working closely with international consultants, developers, and client teams.

You will translate business requirements into effective SAP service solutions, lead client workshops, oversee functional delivery, and act as the subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience with SAP Service Cloud and/or SAP Field Service Management (FSM) is a strong advantage, but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end project delivery: Lead SAP CS or S/4HANA Service implementations from Fit-to-Standard workshops through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Functional design & configuration: Translate customer service processes into robust functional solutions and configure core processes in SAP.
- Client workshops: Lead workshops with business stakeholders, recommending SAP best practices, appropriate configuration options, and modern service interfaces such as Fiori and service workspaces.
- Service processes: Design and configure service contracts, entitlements, SLAs, pricing, billing plans, and repair processes.
- Financial integration: Ensure service activities are correctly integrated with SAP Finance and Controlling, including labor, spare parts, travel, and third-party costs.
- Billing: Work with Resource-Related Billing (RRB), time-and-material billing,



and revenue recognition processes across service execution and FI/SD.
- Integration: Define integration requirements and support interface testing between SAP S/4HANA and external/front-office solutions, including SAP Integration Suite (CPI/PI/PO).
- Team collaboration: Work closely with consultants and developers across our European and global delivery teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
- Expert advisory: Act as the functional SME for SAP Service, guiding clients and project teams through complex delivery challenges.

What We're Looking For

Essential

- 6+ years of SAP consulting experience, with significant hands-on experience in SAP CS and/or SAP S/4HANA Service.
- Proven experience leading at least 3 full-lifecycle SAP Service implementations from design through go-live.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of service contract management, including entitlements, SLAs, pricing, validity periods, and billing plans.
- Experience with in-house/depot repair processes, including RMA, inspection, quotations, repair execution, and settlement.
- Strong understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling integration, including CO-PC / CO-PA, internal orders, and profitability segments.
- Experience with Resource-Related Billing (RRB) and time-and-material billing.
- Experience defining and testing SAP integrations, ideally using SAP Integration Suite (CPI/PI/PO).
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, agile delivery, and structured backlog management.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent professional English.

Desirable

- Experience with SAP Service Cloud (formerly C4C / Cloud for Customer).
- Experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM), ideally including certification.
- Experience with Fiori and modern SAP service workspaces.
- Additional European languages.
