Job Description:
- Policies, Guidelines and Protocols: Follow established policies, guidelines, and protocols for talent & engagement activities.
Report any issues or inconsistencies to the senior management and suggest improvements based on practical experience.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Carry out initial online research and review applications to provide feedback into the selection process. Liaise with hiring managers to review role profiles and to ensure that role responsibilities and candidate specifications are up-to-date and relevant. Manage the external employees' hiring, including the recruitment and invoicing.
- Performance Management: Support the administration of performance management systems. Assist with goal setting, feedback, and appraisal processes.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Support DEI initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Budgeting: Prepare initial budget estimates for talent projects, gathering necessary financial data and cost information. Support in monitoring and reporting on budget performance.
- Candidate Database: Support the development and maintenance of a database of potential candidates for management and professional roles using established talent attraction and engagement processes and tools.
- Employee Development and Engagement: Design training plans for employees, including external training, coordination of corporate development programs, and follow-up of mandatory training completion. Coordinate the employee opinion survey conducted and analyze the results. Collaborate with the engagement projects internally and corporate initiatives. Coordinate the graduate program, including the recruitment, appraisals and professional development advise.
- Onboarding and Offboarding processes: Assist with the onboarding process by preparing onboarding materials,
scheduling orientation sessions, and providing support to new hires during their transition. Support the offboarding process by coordinating exit interviews, collecting feedback, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.
- Employer Branding/Recruitment Campaigns: Contribute to employer branding and recruitment campaigns by attending job fairs and creating content for job postings, social media, and promotional materials to attract potential candidates.
- Insights & Reporting: Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
- Organizational Culture: Coordinate the employee opinion survey conducted and analyze the results. Collaborate with the engagement projects internally and corporate initiatives.
- Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
