• The Challenge: Build Brussels From Scratch:

Brussels is our next big frontier, and we are looking for a Business Engineer to spearhead this launch from day one.

You won't be doing it alone: you’ll have the full backing of our Group’s technical expertise, project managers, and sales ecosystem.

However, this role offers true intrapreneurial freedom. You will build your team, open new accounts, shape the local strategy, and ultimately take the lead of the Brussels Business Unit as it grows.

• Your Key Responsibilities:

o Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Hunt down and recruit top-tier embedded systems engineers and electronics talent. You build your own dream team!





o Business Development & Prospecting: Identify, contact, and close new client accounts and sectors across Belgium.

o Account Management: Deepen relationships with clients, understand their technical roadmaps, and expand our ADVANS footprint.

o People & Project Management: Follow up with your employee, manage account portfolios, and foster team growth.

o Continuous Improvement & Quality: Ensure high client and team satisfaction through structured feedback and continuous refinement.

o Strategic Leadership: Contribute to and execute the commercial strategy. As the office grows, so will your scope—leading to full P&L; ownership and management of the Business Unit.

• Who You Are (Profile & Skills)

o Education: Master’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business (with a genuine appetite/curiosity for tech and hardware) with a first experience as Business Engineer in Belgium.

o Mindset: You love a challenge, you thrive on winning, and you have an entrepreneurial spirit.

o People & Tech Savvy: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate technical, human, and business contexts easily.

o Work Style: Highly autonomous, proactive, organized, and resilient.

o Languages: Fluent English is required. French is a major plus (Dutch is an added bonus also)
