Three plants. Four leaders to coach. One outdated machine park to modernise.

A Belgian (family owned) manufacturer of concrete products, is looking for an Interim COO and we are running the search. (3 days per week - until end of 2028)

The group production director retires at the end of this year. A new plant manager joins in October. So this is not a caretaker role: it is about holding three sites steady, building a stronger plant leadership layer, and giving direction to a serious automation agenda.

We are looking for someone who has run multi-site industrial operations before, who knows how to build an investment case that survives scrutiny, and who gets energy out of making other leaders better.
