As a Business Controller within our company, you will play a key role in driving financial and operational performance. You will be responsible for analysis, reporting, and providing strategic recommendations to support decision-making.

Responsabilities

- Financial Management:
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
- Analyze variances between presente results and forecasts, and propose corrective actions.
- Produce regular and ad hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth analyses of financial and operational data.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare clear and concise presentations to communicate results and recommendations.
- Decision Support:
- Provide financial and strategic support to various departments.




- Participate in the evaluation of investment projects and profitability analysis.
- Contribute to the improvement of management control processes and tools.
- Compliance and Internal Control:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of internal control.

Required profile

- Master's degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a Management Controller position, ideally in the financial services sector.
- Excellent command of computer tools (advanced Excel, ERP, reporting tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
- Rigorous, organized, and sense of responsibility.
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
