Overview

We are supporting the search for a Global HEOR Expert to play a strategic role in shaping evidence generation and value demonstration activities across a global portfolio. This position sits at the intersection of Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Market Access and Real-World Evidence, helping to ensure evidence strategies address evolving payer, HTA and Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) requirements. The role offers the opportunity to influence global evidence planning, support reimbursement strategies and contribute to decisions that ultimately improve patient access to innovative therapies.

Requirements

- Lead the development and execution of integrated HEOR strategies across the product lifecycle.
- Identify evidence gaps and translate insights into evidence generation plans aligned with payer and HTA expectations.
- Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, RWE and Biostatistics teams to drive integrated evidence planning.
- Support global strategies that strengthen reimbursement outcomes and optimise patient access.
- Contribute to the development of value propositions that demonstrate clinical, humanistic and economic value.

Hard Skills

- Strong experience developing Health Economics and Outcomes Research strategies within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in comparative effectiveness research, including systematic literature reviews,



network meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
- Experience designing health economic evaluations, value demonstration frameworks and payer evidence packages.
- Understanding of HTA, JCA and PICO requirements across European and international healthcare markets.
- Ability to translate clinical and real-world evidence into impactful value communications and scientific deliverables.

Soft Skills

- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect evidence generation activities to broader access objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across complex global matrix organisations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both scientific and non-scientific audiences.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, scientific, economic or related discipline.
- Advanced degree such as an MSc, PhD, MD or PharmD would be highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within a healthcare, pharmaceutical or consulting environment.
- At least 3 years' experience supporting market access strategies, payer evidence activities or HEOR programmes at affiliate, regional or global level.
- Experience working across international healthcare systems and HTA environments is highly desirable.
