? We’re Hiring: Senior Digital Business Analyst | Brussels (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to join the Credex Cluster at a leading bank in Brussels, focusing on digital journeys related to professional loans.

? Location: Brussels

? Hybrid: 50% onsite / 50% homeworking

? Your Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into clear IT specifications

• Lead business analysis, product discovery and customer journey mapping

• Facilitate workshops and manage key stakeholders across business and IT

• Define user stories, OKRs, MVPs, mock-ups and business cases

• Support testing, incident resolution and change management

• Analyse data and provide recommendations for digital channel optimization

• Drive digital transformation initiatives using Agile/Scrum

? Your Profile

- Requirements gathering & analysis, incl. documentation, OKR definition, Customer Journey Mapping and User Story slicing
- BPMN
- Data analysis using Excel, Business Objects or other market leading tools
- Stakeholder Engagement, incl. stakeholder mapping, active listening, communication skills (written & presentation)
- Project management skills, incl. agile methodologies
- Problem solving & critical thinking, eg. ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, root cause analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.




- Experience in creating business cases from preparation to validation
- Experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client facing environment
- Use of collaborative tools, such as digital whiteboards and Sharepoint.
- Understanding of delivery frameworks and methodologies (Prince 2/PMP/, Agile – Scrum)
- Ability to run productive meetings, work collaboratively & facilitate workshops
- Extensive experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client facing environment
- Experience managing digital projects, including planning, execution, monitoring and closing projects to ensure they meet business objectives and deadlines.

Preferable

- Experience with Concept Design, UX testing and innovation is a plus
- Proficiency in using data insights for making informed business decisions and optimizing digital channels
- experience in the financial services sector and familiarity with daily banking and cards (credit, debit, card management,…) in an enterprise context is a plus.

?️ Languages: Fluent English + excellent Dutch or French

? Education: Master’s degree

Certification: Certifications linked to Business Analysis, workshop facilitation, innovation, design thinking, etc. are a plus
