Job Description

As Sales Manager, you will lead and energize a senior sales team across Belgium and Luxembourg, driving performance while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities include:

- Leading, coaching and motivating a team of senior sales professionals across the BeLux territory, helping each of them reach their full potential
- Defining and driving the commercial strategy for the BeLux region, in line with the company's overall business objectives
- Identifying new market opportunities and translating them into concrete growth initiatives
- Championing innovation within the sales approach — new tools, new methodologies, new go-to-market models
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners throughout the BeLux market
- Monitoring sales performance,



setting ambitious yet realistic targets, and ensuring accountability across the team
- Acting as a true leader and role model, inspiring trust and engagement within the organization

Profile

- Proven experience in sales management within the ICT/Digital sector, ideally with a senior commercial team under your leadership
- Strong knowledge of the BeLux market and its specificities
- Strong strategic vision, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
- Natural leadership skills and a genuine talent for team animation and motivation
- Innovative mindset, always looking for better ways to do things
- Trilingual: French, Dutch, English (spoken and written)
- Results-driven, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong business acumen
