JOB DESCRIPTION

- The Lead Interop & QA coordinates and monitors the interop and QA operation within the ecosystem. The role ensures a structured testing approach, supports vendors and internal stakeholders in KMEHR and FHIR-related processes, and monitors quality, testability, risks and progress in changes, releases and projects.
- Within the Service Desk Vitalink, the role contributes to registration, classification, prioritization, follow-up, communication and reporting on incidents and service requests. The emphasis is on quality control, predictable test operation, correct escalation and usable reporting to the stakeholders involved.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing and following up Interop and QA lab




- Monitoring interop & QA activities: time & planning
- Organizing interop tests with vendors Follow-up
- of interop tests and QA tests
- Active participation in projects from QA and interop
- Stakeholder management
- Management mailbox Interoplab
- Elaboration of the interop test process in FHIR
- Setting up the test flow using ITB together with the technical colleagues
- Optimizing/setting up test procedures/processes: interop and QA
- Test analyses and setting up test criteria/test cases/test data. Challenging analyses/IG for (new) data types Providing support to vendors, business with regard to existing or new data types (both in KMEHR and FHIR)
- FHIR-a-thon/events (e.g. Vitalink cafés)
