With offices in Antwerp (Belgium), Rotterdam (The Netherlands), and Houston (USA), we provide specialized solutions in degassing and vapor treatment, on-site filtration services, and the rental of Ship-to-Ship (STS) and terminal equipment.

To help drive this journey, we are looking for a Business Controller. The work location is our headquarters in Antwerp.

Your Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will become a key member of our finance team and a trusted partner to the business.

This is not a traditional controller role focused solely on reporting. As a newly created position, you will have the opportunity to help shape the function, build structures, improve processes, and provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making across the Group.

Because we are still an entrepreneurial and fast-growing organization, we are looking for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves where needed while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Performance Management

- Coordinate and manage the budgeting and forecasting cycles across the Group.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly,



and annual management reporting.
- Support Board reporting and provide meaningful business insights.
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial and operational KPIs.
- Translate data into recommendations that improve performance and support decision-making.

Reporting, Systems & Process Improvement

- Build and further develop reporting structures, dashboards, and management information.
- Support the integration of systems and data sources across the organization.
- Drive initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, quality, and automation.
- Contribute to the further professionalization of finance processes and tools.

Controls & Governance

- Establish and maintain financial controls, procedures, and reporting standards.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of management information.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Business Partnering

- Work closely with colleagues from operations, management, and support functions.
- Challenge and support stakeholders with financial insights and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships across different functions, countries, and organizational levels.

Your Profile





You are an analytical professional who enjoys understanding how a business operates and is motivated by creating structure in a growing environment. You are curious, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership.

Experience & Qualifications

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- A few years of relevant experience in Controlling, Finance, or a similar position.
- Experience with M&A; projects or integrations is considered an asset.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, reporting, and business performance management.
- Advanced Excel skills and affinity with ERP and reporting systems.
- Experience with power BI is also considered an asset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
