Are you passionate about strategic procurement and sustainability? Do you want to contribute to the development of a reliable and future-ready energy infrastructure while working in an international environment?

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join a dynamic procurement team responsible for sourcing strategic electrical equipment and supporting key infrastructure projects that drive the energy transition.

Your Responsibilities

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be involved in the entire procurement lifecycle, from strategy definition to contract award. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating closely with technical and asset management teams to understand long-term business requirements.
- Conducting market and supplier analyses on a general scale, while monitoring industry trends and anticipating future needs.
- Developing medium- and long-term procurement strategies for strategic electrical equipment.
- Defining and implementing sourcing strategies in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the implementation of sustainable procurement policies and initiatives.
- Managing public procurement procedures from start to finish, including:
- Defining selection and award criteria
- Managing tender processes
- Leading negotiations
- Awarding contracts
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Taking ownership of a procurement category and managing it autonomously at an international level.




- Building synergies and sharing best practices across multinational teams.

This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across different countries and suppliers worldwide. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are key to success.

Profile

- Master's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or Economics with a strong technical focus.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a technical, procurement, public procurement, or project management environment.
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (native proficiency in one language and C1 level in the other two).
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Affinity with contract negotiation and legal terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (home and office).
- Willing to travel occasionally to Berlin.

Nice to Have

- Knowledge of Ariba.
- German language skills.
