We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to contribute to a major HR digital transformation initiative.

? What you’ll be doing

✅ Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions

✅ Support the implementation and configuration of Learning, Skills & Mentoring functionalities

✅ Gather and document business and functional requirements

✅ Perform process and gap analysis

✅ Design functional workflows and HR processes

✅ Work closely with HR, business and technical stakeholders

✅ Support functional testing, validation and troubleshooting

✅ Help drive successful adoption of the new HR platform

? What we’re looking for

? 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst,



Functional Consultant or similar

? Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience

? Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and configuration

? Solid knowledge of HR processes and HR information systems

? Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis and functional design

? Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

? Fluent English

➕ Experience with HRIS migration or transformation projects
