Are you the kind of person who finds joy in perfectly reconciled balance sheets and sees journal entries as tiny works of art? Then this role might just be your next big move!

We’re looking for a Junior Accountant to support our international accounting operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping our financial data accurate, compliant, and ready to support smart business decisions for our global coliving spaces.

What you’ll be doing:

- Accounting All-Rounder: Handle day-to-day accounting operations for our global entities, including AP, AR, bank postings, intercompany transactions, and expense processing.
- Month-End Hero: Prepare and book month-end journal entries (accruals, prepayments, payroll entries, fixed assets, revenue recognition).
- Reconciliation Pro:



Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Reporting Sidekick: Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reports.
- Audit Ally: Participate in internal and external audits and provide clear, well-structured documentation when needed.
- Process Improver: Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the documentation of accounting procedures.
- Team Player: Collaborate closely with the finance team to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

? What we’re looking for

- Solid Education Base: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience That Counts: 1-5 years of experience in general “A to Z” accounting.
- Accounting Know-How: Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Tool-Savvy: Experience with accounting software such as Adfinity (or similar).
- Detail Lover: You’re organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and you spot inconsistencies before anyone else does.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.
