Key Responsibilities * Lead projects from development, planning and approvals through construction, execution and handover. * Manage architects, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams. * Oversee project budgets, timelines, quality, risk and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate with local authorities and key stakeholders. * Drive successful execution and delivery of major real estate projects. Requirements * 10+ years’ experience in real estate development, construction, planning and project execution. * Proven experience in Costa del Sol / Spain. * Strong background in both development and construction. * Must have personally managed execution of at least one major project, not only design/planning. * Fluent Spanish is mandatory. * GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory. * Candidates should not require work permit sponsorship. * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate or related field preferred.
