Experteer Overview As Head of Industrial Supply Chain, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain for leather goods manufacturing, driving efficiency and on-time production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement, planning, production, and logistics with demand and luxury-quality standards. You’ll optimize raw materials flow, inventory, and vendor network while shaping the global capacity strategy. - Lead the procurement and planning teams, setting objectives and developing talent
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Development, Quality, Production and Logistics
- Plan production with vendor network and maintain reliable production schedules
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and manage supplier relationships to improve service levels




- Optimize inventory to minimize leftovers and sustain production flow
- Analyze and improve supply chain processes to reduce lead times in the luxury sector
- Participate in Su0026OP meetings and help define the general capacity strategy

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Engineering)
- 10–15 years in supply chain management with leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management
- Analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.G., SAP, Anaplan); familiarity with BI tools like Power BIRequisitos principales
