You will help ensure that changes to our IT services, systems and infrastructure are implemented in a transparent, risk-aware and controlled way.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeManaging and continuously improving our Change Enablement processSupporting Change Owners in planning, assessing and implementing changesReviewing Change Records for completeness, risks, impact, testing, rollback planning and required approvalsCoordinating and facilitating our Change Advisory Board (CAB)Creating transparency around upcoming changes and maintaining the Change Calendar together with the relevant teamsIdentifying potential conflicts, dependencies and risks between planned changes at an early stageCoordinating Standard, Normal and Emergency Changes according to their respective requirementsWorking with IT teams to establish appropriate Standard Changes for recurring, low-risk activitiesCoordinating Post Implementation Reviews and deriving improvement actions from failed or problematic changesAnalysing relevant metrics and continuously improving our Change ReportingSupporting compliance with governance, ISO 27001 and audit requirementsCreating clear guidelines and templates and helping our IT teams apply the Change process correctly and pragmaticallyWork closely with IT Operations, Service Owners,
