Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview As Director Manufacturing MBS Europe you will oversee 10 European Masterbatch sites, ensuring safe, cost-efficient operations and strong staffing. You will shape the regional manufacturing strategy, drive capital investments, and lead HSE and quality performance across the network. You’ll engage cross-functional partners to optimize processes, budgeting, and KPIs while fostering staff development and industrial relations. This role offers impact through safety leadership, continuous improvement, and strategic site governance within a global sustainability agenda. Compensaciones / Incentivos Oversee 10 masterbatch sites across Europe, ensuring safety, compliance and cost efficiency Direct operations through site managers and maintain industrial relations Plan staffing, succession and staff development; ensure qualified personnel Lead annual operations and capital budgets for the region; manage KPIs and reporting Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities Coordinate with Asset Manager, Marketing, Sales, Technical Support,
