Overview In this role you shape and grow the Financial Risk practice within a global Tier 1 consulting firm, leading high-impact engagements for top banks. You will own the strategy, develop differentiated risk service lines, and advise senior executives, including Banco Santander, on risk and capital topics. This is a leadership-driven opportunity to influence risk approaches across major financial institutions while working in a collaborative, international, innovative environment. Compensaciones / Incentivos * competitive executive compensation package * international, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment Responsabilidades * Define and execute the strategy for the Financial Risk practice * Develop differentiated service lines and value propositions * Promote technical, methodological, and technological excellence within the risk function * Act as senior relationship owner for Banco Santander and grow presence with other major Spanish banks * Lead high-impact financial risk engagements focusing on credit risk, IRB/IFRS 9, and regulatory/economic capital * Oversee cross-risk frameworks including risk appetite, stress testing, ICAAP,
