The Senior Manager, Regional Head of Technology MedTech EP-CNV EMEA (Spain), consisting of our presence in Spain, is a business strategist and product-minded technology leader who partners closely with the regional & country MedTech leadership team to shape growth strategies, modernize platforms, and deliver differentiated digital and AI capabilities for customers and patients. This leader serves as the critical point of connection between business strategy and technology execution , developing technology as a competitive advantage for the region and business.
You will lead a business-facing technology organization in the region and local countries, orchestrating the full breadth of JJT products, platforms, and services to maximize value, speed, and quality for the MedTech portfolio. You will engage deeply with senior business leaders (e.g., The EP-CNV business encompasses digital surgery/robotics platforms, OR integration, imaging and computer vision, field service digitization, supply continuity and instrument lifecycle analytics.
Co-create the regional & country technology strategy for EP-CNV in alignment with MedTech business goals; Develop technology as a competitive advantage - accelerating innovation, simplification, and go-to-market agility across priority markets and franchises.
Serve as strategic technology partner to regional & country senior leaders; jointly identify opportunities, advise on the transformation and application of technology to unlock growth, efficiency, and superior customer/patient experience.
Provide accountable technology leadership for end-to-end BU outcomes, aligning strategy, platforms, and execution across the regional value chain.
Develop compliant technology through strong partnership with functions such as Cybersecurity, Regulatory Affairs, Legal Affairs etc.
Build a strong cross-region,



cross-country partnership to allow for leveraging technology efforts to accelerate digitalization of processes in region and country.

Use the power of data and analytics to deliver actionable insights across countries and functions; champion interoperable data platforms, real-time telemetry from connected devices, and privacy-by-design practices.

Own the business technology portfolio for the region - prioritization, funding, delivery, adoption, and benefits realization - leveraging general JJT product teams and platforms.

Lead projects and IT products, attract world-class talent and foster an inclusive, learning-oriented culture, bring an entrepreneurial, externally networked mindset - curate outside-in innovation and strategic partnerships with technology providers, governments and advisory boards to shape policies and deliver outcomes

Develop and manage a fit for purpose regional technology budget , ensuring investment decisions align with value, risk, and compliance; Uphold quality, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance expectations for MedTech software/services; partner with Quality/Regulatory, Legal, and Privacy on regional requirements.

Ensure technology enables successful product launches and lifecycle management in the region, tailor solutions to local market dynamics and care pathways.
translate HCP and patient needs into product requirements for platform and workflow innovation.
Play a critical role in coordinating customers’ engagement in technology aspects (connectivity, cyber security, privacy, etc.)



and in contributing to building tech capabilities / strengthen tech skills of the commercialization teams.

Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
~ Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business). Master’s degree preferred.
~8+ years in technology leadership with direct experience leading line-of-business, engineering, data operations, or product teams ; Demonstrated ability to apply technology to solve business problems with exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder partnership across senior levels.
~ Experience with business processes (bids & tenders, order to cash, customer engagement etc.) - and their interface with foundational technology platforms (ERP, CRM, MES etc.)
~ Proven track record in product management , agile delivery, and portfolio governance ; Fluency with cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML/GenAI ; hands-on leadership implementing these capabilities beyond pilot stages
~ Experience modernizing legacy environments while introducing new digital and AI-enabled solutions safely and compliantly.

Demonstrated experience working with clinical, commercial, and supply chain stakeholders across multi-country regional footprints .
Reports to: EMEA IT Director, Head of Technology and AI (Electrophysiology, Cardio and Neurovascular).

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
