You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate equipment, lead Lean design workshops, and drive process validation and standardization. You’ll monitor equipment performance, support PFMEA/CONTROL PLAN activities, and work with suppliers to optimize cycle time and costs. This is a hands-on engineering role in a general, sustainability-driven environment that values continuous improvement and cross-border collaboration.
