In this role you design and optimize high-performance fulfillment and distribution systems across Europe, partnering with internal and external teams to deliver cost-effective, scalable solutions. You own multiple projects from concept to hand-off, working with suppliers and the Ops Engineering team to install and commission systems. You will tackle green-field, brown-field, and retrofit projects for a global Amazon logistics network, driving impact in a fast-paced environment. This role offers visibility into high-impact, cross-functional engineering work and opportunities to shape next-generation facilities.

Responsabilidades

- Invent, design, and implement solutions for material flow and human/machine efficiency across the global supply chain.
- Lead and coordinate design and innovation efforts for fulfillment and transportation networks, including equipment spec, layout, and IP considerations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality,



cost-effective solutions quickly.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, influencing and communicating with partners, contractors, and vendors. xkdbapo
- Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects and present technical roadmaps and business cases to senior executives.

Requisitos principales

- Experience in design projects (design, innovation, R&D;, manufacturing, processes, industrial engineering)
- Ability to manage engineering design projects
- Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, and reliability analysis
- Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and high-speed manufacturing
- Experience with design-in-safety and Lean-based process design
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred but not required as a minimum (listed as preferred)
