Overview In this role you drive ABAP development and maintenance within Airbus Defence and Space’s ERP landscape. You will work in a multinational team to implement SAP best practices and support S/4/HANA and EWM-related initiatives. You’ll analyze issues, optimize performance, and document technical work while collaborating with key users and service owners. The role combines hands-on coding with coaching and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to the digital transformation of the ERP estate. You will engage in future SAP strategy and development guidelines across the national ERP area. test and maintain ABAP code * Prepare technical documentation * Collaborate with business key users and SAP service/clusters * Apply SAP best practices and Airbus standards * Perform root cause analysis and performance improvements * Coordinate with international multidisciplinary teams throughout the product lifecycle * Work in virtual, integrated teams with strict schedules * Contribute to S/4 strategies for the SAP landscape * Guide and support junior developers together with management * Act as deputy during manager’s absence * Ensure development guidelines are followed in change management Requisitos principales * 8 years of ABAP programming experience * S/4 HANA experience desirable * Desirable experience in EWM, QM, CS * Strong communication in Spanish and English * Willingness to guide and coach colleagues * Analytical thinking and problem-solving with team spirit * Ability to work independently or in a team and meet deadlines * Adobe Forms programming knowledge * Experience with module pool programming, DDIC, ALV, RFC, BAPI, OO, user exits, BAdI, enhancement framework, switch framework, IDOC, web services, OData * SAP certifications are an advantage * strong communication * didactic skills and willingness to coach * analytical thinking * ABAP programming * S/4 HANA * EWM
