Along the way, we have continued to invest in new verticals, establishing papernest as a high-performing, innovative, and competitive scale-up in a fast-growing market.With over 900 employees, we are strengthening our position as a European market leader.In this role you will:We are looking for a 6 months intern to join our Sales Operations team in January 2027.Your responsibilities:Assist the SalesOps Lead toManage simple configuration on no-code tools (Diabolocom, Salesforce Flow, Make, internal back office...)Improve the current processes by developing automation with the help from Technical teamHelp to analyze sales data and deploy action plan to achieve operational targetsUse existing dashboards and improve our data visualizationDeliver ad hoc analysis using Gsheet and SQLRun A/B tests and iterate to find the best solutionTake actions to correct discrepancies and achieve objectivesCommunicate results to key stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product & Tech, Training….) and external partners toResolve operational and technical incidents on a daily basisImprove processes in an agile mannerYour profile:Curiosity and a desire to learn, especially in the areas of data and technologyThe Sales Operations position will quickly lead you to master all our technical tools (Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Jira, Github...)Knowledge of at least one programming language (SQL, Python, Java, JSON...) is a plusAnalytical mindset: rationalize issues, find pragmatic solutions and draft action plans"Hands-on": Ability to be on the field and perform daily tasksOwnership: Autonomy, ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneouslyEnthusiasm:
