We are looking for a Senior Gameplay Programmer who can turn strong ideas into responsive, robust and memorable player experiences in Unreal Engine 5. This is a senior individual contributor role with real ownership. You should enjoy wearing more than one hat, making progress through ambiguity and stepping into the problems that matter most to the game.
Partner with design to prototype ideas quickly, test them in game and turn promising experiments into polished, production ready features.
Work closely with design, animation, art and audio to translate creative goals into practical, elegant solutions.

Professional experience developing gameplay systems for PC or console games, including at least one shipped title.




Strong programming skills and practical experience working with Unreal Engine, ideally Unreal Engine 5.
Proven track record of taking complex gameplay features from prototype to polished, maintainable implementation.
A solid understanding of software architecture, debugging, profiling, optimization and the realities of shipping games.
A senior mindset: proactive, pragmatic and comfortable making decisions while knowing when to ask, challenge or change direction.
A genuine interest in how controls, feedback, systems and moment to moment interactions shape the player's experience.
