With 2,000+ employees and offices across the US and Europe, they are expanding their European hub in Málaga and are looking for a Ad Success Representative (French or Spanish Speaker) to join their team.About the roleYou will be the main point of contact between the client's advertiser accounts and the internal Ad Operations team, owning a portfolio of client relationships end to end. It's a blend of Account Management, Customer Success and Ad Operations - you'll make sure campaigns launch smoothly, run efficiently, and that clients get real strategic value from every conversation.What you'll doManage a portfolio of client accounts and build strong relationships through regular business reviews and strategic recommendationsCoordinate with Ad Operations to ensure campaigns are launched, monitored and optimised efficientlyAnalyse campaign performance data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve resultsSupport Direct IO,



Programmatic and Self-Serve advertising campaigns while ensuring operational excellenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing and Engineering to improve processes and enhance the customer experienceHelp develop standardised workflows and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiativesWhat you bring3+ years of experience across Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Client Management or Sales, ideally in a client-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management or Ad OperationsHands-on experience managing or optimising digital advertising campaignsExperience working with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, and customer support toolsStrong analytical, communication and problem-solving skillsExperience in digital advertising is highly preferredProfessional proficiency in French will be a big plusWhat's on offerPermanent contract, EUR up to 45,000 gross per yearOffice hours, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of a hybrid arrangementStructured one-month onboardingReal career growth with a integral, fast-scaling company working with leading advertising platforms and publishersHow to applyApply via LinkedIn or send your CV to the Job Squad team – [email protected]
