Responsibilities:- Pharmaceutical-related background, with at least a bachelor's degree.- More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with over 5 years of general feasibility experience.- Specialized in pre-award feasibility area.- Experienced in team management. Preference will be given to those who have assisted in establishing teams or departments within a company.- Work experience in a global company, with preference for those with experience in a Global CRO.- Dedicated to their job, good at communicating and collaborating with the team, and have a good image.- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
