Your main responsibilities

Negotiating and drafting

lease agreements for

parking spaces

owned by

major real estate firms and public authorities

(MOUs, lease contracts, amendments, and settlement agreements).

Drafting and reviewing

service agreements,

commercial partnership contracts , and

NDAs .

Managing legal matters

related to

lease agreements , including

claims, work agreements, and dispute resolutions .





Handling rental operations , such as

inventory checks, rent payments, deposit management, and contract compliance .

Reviewing legal documents

and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Mitigating risks

by overseeing

disputes

and

optimizing lease-related costs .

Preparing reports

(LEASUP) and ensuring timely legal documentation.

Requirements for this position

Master’s degree in Real Estate Law

with at least

2 years of experience

in

lease management

(commercial, civil, construction, or CBI leases).

A

detail-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable

professional eager to handle

diverse legal topics

in a dynamic startup environment.

A strong

problem-solver

who can work efficiently and

take initiative

in a fast-paced setting.
