We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PQA / SQA Engineer to strengthen our Quality team within the Assembly area. Responsibilities * Lead product and supplier quality in Trim & Assembly, accelerating issue resolution, continuous improvement, and compliance with customer and EBRO standards. * Lead quality containment actions and root cause analysis for production and supplier issues. * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, QRQC, etc. * Monitor KPIs related to quality performance, defects, rework, and supplier incidents. * Support launch activities, validations, and engineering changes during industrialization phases. * Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Suppliers to ensure quality compliance. * Conduct audits and follow-up activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.



* Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar. * Previous experience in Automotive Quality, preferably within Trim & Assembly. * Experience in PQA, SQA, Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality roles. * Knowledge of vehicle interior components (trim, interiors, finishes, etc.). * Knowledge of automotive quality tools and standards: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, 8D methodology. * SAP knowledge is a plus. * Advanced level of English.
