Experteer Overview As Finance Business Partner Iberia, you drive data-led insights to support senior leadership and enable value-creation through commercial and technical finance activities. You partner with the CFO deputy to navigate a complex org, lead transformation, and coach finance teams. This role operates in a fast-evolving environment, delivering actionable analyses and cross-functional coordination to shape strategic decisions. You will be a trusted advisor who helps scale performance across Iberia in line with the group’s objectives.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Trusted advisor for key stakeholders with financial analyses for business reviews and strategic meetings
- Lead forecasting, planning, and reporting activities and support the Controllership function
- Analyze business trends using internal analytics tools and provide recommendations to drive actions




- Coordinate effectively across Cu0026W including Legal, HR, and other functions
- Act as transformation champion in the technology landscape and coach finance teams and business stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 6-10 years of FPu0026A, Financial Controlling, Business Analysis, Finance Business Partnering, or similar roles
- Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management with a business partnering mindset
- Experience in multinational and/or professional services environments (real estate a plus)
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with Workday, B2O, CRM
