Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects from development, planning and approvals through construction, execution and handover .
- Manage architects, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, quality, risk and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with local authorities and key stakeholders.
- Drive successful execution and delivery of major real estate projects.

Requirements

- 10+ years’ experience in real estate development, construction, planning and project execution.
- Proven experience in Costa del Sol / Spain .
- Strong background in both development and construction .
- Must have personally managed execution of at least one major project , not only design/planning.
- Fluent Spanish is mandatory.
- GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Candidates should not require work permit sponsorship .
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate or related field preferred.
