We're working with an employer in Madrid to fill a Account Executive position for their English market.

Expect a fairly fast pace here: prospecting, follow-ups, and hitting targets are core to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own a pipeline and report on progress against targets
- Build relationships with prospects from first contact through to close
- Follow up on leads promptly rather than letting them go cold
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date as deals move forward

Requirements:

- Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
- Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
- Solid working English alongside your English

Working Conditions:

- Schedule: Mon-Thu 9:00-18:00; Fri 9:00-15:00. Availability aligned with US time zone / flexibility valued (esp. during onboarding).
- Work model: Hybrid

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: 30,000 EUR gross/year base variable (uncapped commissions).
