As an Account Manager in the Regions team, you build and grow partnerships with top restaurant partners, guiding their growth and ensuring excellence in delivery, marketing, and operations. You own regional strategy across multiple cities, fostering strong partner relationships and driving growth, promotions, and incremental revenue. You will negotiate, enable marketing activations, and optimize partner performance to meet company OKRs.

This role combines relationship building with data-driven action to scale partner success and Glovo impact.

- Establish and maintain close partner relationships through proactive communication and regular business reviews
- Monitor portfolio KPIs, generate reports, and take actions to achieve goals and OKRs
- Design and execute growth plans via promos, marketing activations, and menu performance improvements
- Enhance Glovo visibility and revenue through marketing actions, kits, and merchandising




- Negotiate commissions and sell assets to improve revenue
- Identify churned/inactive partners and develop action plans
- Improve partner operations to ensure best-in-class customer service
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration to optimize local marketplace performance

Responsabilidades

- At least 1 year of experience in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus
- Computer literate with Google Docs, MS Office xugodme and Excel
- Native Spanish and English skills
- Strong commercial and customer-obsessed mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management and problem-solving abilities
- Data-driven decision-making and business judgment
