In this role you will design, build and scale end-to-end GenAI solutions for real-world AI products. You’ll develop AI agents and retrieval-augmented pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready systems. You will create PoCs and help transition them to scalable offerings, staying current with GenAI trends and agentic frameworks.

This position emphasizes hands-on delivery and impact, with a focus on building practical AI capabilities at scale. You will join an international, fast-growing tech environment that values concrete results and continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

- Design and build end-to-end Generative AI solutions




- Develop AI agents and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI systems
- Build and validate PoCs and production-ready solutions
- Stay up to date with GenAI trends and agentic frameworks

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years of experience in Applied AI / Machine Learning (industry)
- Strong Software Engineering background (Python preferred)
- Hands-on experience building GenAI applications, RAG pipelines, and agent-based xugodme systems
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph or Google ADK (or similar)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong communication skills and a builder mindset
- Nice to have: Vertex AI, Gemini, LangSmith, Docker / Kubernetes, CI/CD and MLOps practices
