In this role you will shape the long-term design direction of Factorial’s platform, focusing on end-to-end problem framing and system-level design. You will align with product leadership to connect complex user journeys across domains, while delivering coherent, high-quality experiences. You’ll test and validate ideas with customers and AI-enabled tools, owning initiatives end-to-end to impact revenue and churn. Your work blends design judgment with agentic AI fluency to create scalable solutions that live beyond individual features.

Responsabilidades

- Define and deliver design across multiple initiatives with strong cross-functional alignment
- Own problem framing, system-level design, and end-to-end initiative execution
- Collaborate with Design Director and Product leadership to shape long-term vision




- Mentor and align less experienced designers to raise team impact
- Lead cross-silo efforts to create coherent experiences across domains
- Use AI tools to prototype, test with customers, and validate solutions
- Drive design decisions from problem definition through execution and live metrics
- Champion a business mindset by linking user needs to business goals

Requisitos principales

- Shipped or prototyped agentic products
- Experience leading cross-functional product teams through ambiguity
- Strong xqziphu research and problem framing skills
- Systemic thinking and ability to map value across ecosystems
- Excellent design craft and ability to raise quality standards
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
