As Director of Finance at Freightos, you will oversee global accounting, regulatory reporting, and finance operations for a Nasdaq-listed company. You’ll ensure accuracy of consolidated financials, SOX controls, and cross-border tax compliance while supporting growth initiatives. You’ll lead a multinational finance organization and collaborate with FPu0026amp;A, Legal, Treasury, HR, and operations to drive scalable processes.

- Own consolidated financial statements and external reporting
- Manage external auditors and lead the annual global audit
- Ensure IFRS, SEC/Nasdaq compliance, and local regulations
- Lead SOX design, implementation, and ongoing internal controls
- Oversee global tax compliance, planning, and transfer pricing
- Manage period-end closing processes (monthly/quarterly/annual) across entities




- Support Mu0026A activities including due diligence and post-acquisition accounting
- Drive process improvements in finance systems, controls, and integrations
- Partner with FPu0026A, Legal, Treasury, HR, and operations on strategic projects
- Lead and develop a global finance organization across multiple entities
- Oversee payroll across several jurisdictions

Responsabilidades

- CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
- At least 7 years in accounting/controllership with leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of multinational accounting, consolidations, external reporting, audit, and xugodme internal controls
- Experience in a publicly traded, SEC-listed company environment
- Experience managing global accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Excellent English proficiency
