As Director, Ethics & Compliance, Europe, you define and drive the regional ethics program across multiple European markets. You will partner with senior leadership to embed a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability, navigating complex regulatory environments. Your role blends strategic leadership with operational oversight to protect the business and enable sustainable growth. Responsabilidades

- Lead and continuously evolve the Ethics & Compliance program across Europe
- Partner with senior executives to strengthen ethical culture and compliance awareness




- Provide strategic guidance on compliance risks, regulatory developments, investigations, and governance
- Oversee regional compliance monitoring initiatives and implement effective risk mitigation
- Ensure alignment with general compliance standards while addressing local European requirements
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-making at the highest levels

Requisitos principales

- Significant experience leading Ethics & Compliance programs in a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of European compliance regulations and governance xhfqzwm practices
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex business environments
