Overview

As Global Value Lead you define the value framework for Global Meetings and Events (GM&E;) at Sanofi, translating data into actionable insights and ensuring governance across regions. You establish and monitor KPIs, drive performance scorecards, and benchmark against industry standards to identify optimization opportunities. You translate complex data into compelling narratives for leadership and ensure adherence to global guidelines while managing vendor governance with key logistics partners. This role enables strategic decisions and continuous value delivery in a compliant, globally integrated events ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

- Define and implement the value framework for GM&E;
- Establish, track and align KPIs with strategic objectives
- Build and maintain a GM&E; performance scorecard with real-time leadership visibility
- Benchmark GM&E; performance against industry standards
- Derive actionable insights from GM&E; data to support strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain reporting with clear stakeholder narratives




- Monitor adherence to global GM&E; guidelines and escalate deviations
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across GM&E; reporting outputs
- Define and drive governance frameworks with main logistics agencies
- Lead governance meetings, track SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments
- Manage agency performance reviews and implement improvement plans

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in performance management, business analysis, or KPI development
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced)
- Background in vendor/agency management and governance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and executive reporting experience
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Fluent English required
- Experience in pharmaceutical/regulated industries preferred
