Responsibilities * Lead or contribute to the development or refinement of credit rating methodologies * Lead or oversee the background research supporting methodology development work * Interact with and maintain relationships with the heads of the various rating teams * Contribute to the development of analytical tools used in credit analysis * Oversee the work of junior analysts; help train and mentor less experienced team members * Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Adhere to rigorous regulatory requirements Requirements * Minimum of 10 years of fundamental credit experience * Substantial exposure at a rating agency, lending institution, private credit platform,



or comparable organization * Demonstrated depth of experience in some fundamental credit sectors * Strong foundation in financial analysis * Proven experience managing and mentoring analytical teams * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Advanced technical proficiency in Excel, Python, financial modeling, and data analysis * Strong research and analytical capabilities * Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality output * Proactive, collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills * Bachelor’s degree in finance, data science, economics, or related discipline required; advanced degrees preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
